It's pretty simple, order the flatpack furniture that you want and once its been delivered to your address book us in to come to you and build it quickly and professionally.
Our flatpack furniture assemblers love building the furniture and have all the right tools to do a perfect job for you!
All we ask is that the room we will be working in is tidy, safe and has enough room for us to build your flatpack furniture. We would also recommend that any loose items are secured or removed from the room we will be working in.
Yes, we are and have public liability insurance with Hiscox which you can request to see if required before we carry out any work.
Regarding customising flat pack furniture for example cutting holes for cabling or plug sockets. We can do this but this will not be covered by insurance as it goes out of the scope of the original design parameters for which we are insured for.
Indeed we do. We take great pride in what we do and when we come to you you'll see our branding on the clothing of the hero who will be carrying out the work you've booked in.
We also promise that our staff will be presentable at all times and we also have shoe protectors with us that we can wear in your property in case of wet weather etc.
Yes it is required in occupied homes.
For empty homes i.e. new builds or properties you are moving to, we would need access to carry out our work you've booked us for and once completed you will need to be there to sign everything off and pay.
We always do our best to keep noise to a minimum however we are building furniture so there will potentially be some banging and manoeuvring of your furniture. We also use cordless power tools to help speed up the assembly process.
We can inform you when the really noisy parts such as hammering backboard nails in is about to happen so it doesn't come as a shock or if you work from home we will keep it as quiet as possible.
We're here to provide a professional service and that also means being courteous to your needs.
Absolutely!
We would require access to the property either from yourself or if you are located away from the property your local management agent/company should liaise with us once the work is agreed.
If you are not in the property then we will take photos and send them to you upon completion or do a video call showing you the finished items live.
Call us on 01424 300057 to discuss your requirements.
Residential Customers
Payment is required in full for residential customers as soon as the work is completed and signed off by you. We accept card payments and cash if that is better for you.
A receipt/paid in full invoice will be emailed to you outlining the work we have done along with a photo of your furniture item that we have built for you. We aim to do this there and then and if not it will be sent within 24 hours of completion.
Commercial Customers
For Commercial Customers we can accept accept card payments and we can issue invoices but this depends on the scope of work to be done. We always recommend calling us first to discuss your project as this will enable us to determine which method of payment will be best for both parties.
We do indeed and it's part of the service.
We unfortunately cannot take away the packaging but we will be happy to cut it down and put in your recycling bin once we are finished or have it ready for you to take down to your local recycling centre at your own convenience.
We also polish your furniture once completed just in case there is any dust etc. from when it came out of the packaging.
It won't be a problem, however for health and safety and general common sense reasons we would ask that they are kept away from the work area.
Some flatpack items can be very heavy and we also use various tools that could be hazardous along with small parts such as screws and nails that could be around whilst we build your new flatpack furniture.
We will work with you to design the PAX wardrobe you want. We will consult and design the PAX wardrobe over the phone or via video call where we can share our screen so you can see it take shape.
You will need to let us know the width of the area where you want the wardrobe to go and also the height from floor to ceiling too as IKEA has different height options.
Once you are happy with the design we send it over and then you order it. Once it all arrives we will come and assemble it for you and then payment for assembly only is then required once you have inspected the completed wardrobe.
